Brandon, Founder/CEO/Chief Consultant – Brandon has over 20 years of IT experience. Brandon holds several certifications in the IT field. Just a few of those certifications are: ITIL, Microsoft, Apple, LANDesk, Blackberry, A+. He attended Cleveland State University to obtain a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration & Information System.
Gloria, Manager/Chief Trainer – Gloria has 20 years of training experience in computer systems and applications. She is a certified trainer in the following: Microsoft, IBM Lotus Notes, OnBase, Business Objects. Gloria attended Cleveland State University and obtained a Bachelors of Science in Mathmatics.
